By booking a service, purchasing a membership, or buying a product from Panthera Detailing Cars, you agree to the following terms.

Services Panthera Detailing Cars provides professional automotive detailing services. Results may vary based on vehicle condition. We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles with excessive damage, biohazards, or unsafe conditions.

Memberships Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid for the registered vehicle and account holder only. Panthera Detailing Cars reserves the right to modify membership tiers, pricing, or benefits with 30 days' notice.

Payments All prices are in USD. Payment is due at time of booking or purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Limitation of Liability Panthera Detailing Cars is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or personal items left in the vehicle during service.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
